Daily training in your pocket.

Guided home protocol, live biofeedback, and the same metrics you saw in your assessment. Practice consistency is what shifts the default.

All programmes start with the €220 assessment. Continue into the programme after the assessment and get a 20% discount on the programme price. Payable in two instalments.

If your default needs more time, extend the standard with one of two add-ons.

Stress-load integration.

Two extra sessions to fold the trained response into the moments where stress actually shows up. Recommended if your work or life has predictable high-load windows.

Deep integration.

Six extra sessions and a second default read. Recommended for stubborn defaults that need more time to shift, or if you want to train against real-load conditions across a full quarter.

04Timeline

When changes show up.

Wk 1–2

Awareness increase. You start noticing tension, breathing shifts, and activation patterns you weren't conscious of before.

Wk 3–4

Patterns shift earlier. Recovery after stress begins to change. Breathing techniques become more natural, less effortful.

Wk 4–5

Skills become portable. You recognize internal signals without the screen. The training moves from the session into everyday life.

Wk 6–8

Your default begins to shift. You respond differently without thinking about it.

Wk 8–12

Integration. Skills carry into work, relationships, sleep and movement.
