All training begins with an in-depth assessment. Based on what I observe, I’ll recommend a programme that fits your goals and the patterns we’re working with.
Programmes are structured because learning self-regulation takes repetition and continuity. One-off sessions don’t create lasting change.
Note: All programs follow the same training principles, the only difference is time spent learning and training them together. Explore how training works.
Best for for people whose patterns are less deeply ingrained, or who learn self-regulation skills quickly. This gives you the foundation and enough practice to continue independently.
Sessions teach you what to do. Home practice trains your nervous system to do it by default. Your data helps us adjust and track as you progress.
Each programme includes guided home practice with professional equipment. Usually 20 minutes daily. Sensors and an app give you real-time feedback.
This isn’t optional. It’s how skills consolidate.

How long this takes depends on your programme and how your nervous system adapts. Some weeks feel like progress. Others feel slower — that’s normal.
